On behalf of the SADF Board of Directors, it gives me great pleasure to announce that WDC AL Leadership has granted the SADF permission to elevate the South African Open Dance Championships to WDC AL status.

The Foundation plans to entrench its position on the world standards through excellent hosting of its annual prestigious event, the South African Dance Open Dance Championships. The Championship will take place in Cape Town, Ratanga Junction, on the 28^th and 29^th November 2015.

This progressive achievement is set to create waves in the South African dance calendar, with only the world’s best and adequately licensed adjudicators and chairman of adjudicators to officiate at the event. The attached Press Release captures the exciting news for the dance community.
